Edit: Mine comes with a plausible story- Dark Soggy took the greatest attributes from all of his previous cloak models and put the together and made it to where the previous models' weaknesses are no longer there.
Strength of 1.0: Extremely vast intelligence---Weakness: Music (Go figure)
Strength of 2.0: Unmatchable speed---Weakness: No balance (Must have been used for a laugh)
Strength of 3.0: able to adapt to any problems (personality, duh)---Weakness: was taken over by Tony (because of lightning)
Strength of 4.0: Those awesome rocketpods on his shoulder---Weakness: (we dunno yet)
Strength of 5.0: Laser claws of homing death---Weakness: (we dunno this yet either)
