In order to obtain this award you must pay 200 credits + have at least 15 posts in The Rise of the Empire thread, and/or make a good suggestion to how I can make my comic/sprites better.

Example: Such-n-such sends 200 credits to Geno for award and has correct amount of posts in the correct thread whereas Someoneelse has payed 200 credits to Geno and made an excellent suggestion for making TRoaE better.
