Bug?

I don't really know is this a bug or not, but I got a good score in Legend of Zelda Can of Whoop Ass, I got 2005 points but It said " Your score was not submitted. Your score was not saved ", soo is it a bug or not?

You gotta beat the highscore for your score to be saved now.
