In no particular order, some listed as series:

Twisted Metal: Black
Devil May Cry
Legend of Zelda (NES), Legend of Zelda: Ocarina, Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, Phantom Hourglass
Tiny Tank
Little Nemo: Dream Master
River City Rumble
Kingdom Hearts (didn't like II that much)
Prince of Persia (Sands trilogy)
Blood Omen (Legacy of Kain, Soul Reaver, Defiance) series
Warioware/Wario Land, etc

And of course Mario games, though they don't really fall in the tier of all time favorites for me anymore. I've moved on to other things.

There's also some more recent favorites for DS, such as Contra 4, Lifesigns, Geometry Wars: Galaxies, Dementium, etc.
