What yall think. should the new metroid be a third person game like twilight princess or shoud Retro Studios go back to the roots of a bad ass 3d side scroller?

hmmm... good question, this isn't over Metroid Prime 3? If not, i say we need a new GBA game for Metroid, something even better than Metroid II and Metroid Prime combined! Side scroller would be a definite for GBA.

Nah. Make it on the DS.
GBA is practicly dead now
Plus that way there's more room on the cartridge for a longer game.

actually i was thinking about the WII, i would love to see a new metroid in third person. Actually i just want to see a full 3d Mother Brain, Kraid, And Ridley. Not THe mecharidley from prime 1. Old School Red Bad ass ridley. and a chance to see samus in full 3d glory at all times would be sweet. although as long as it actually has metroids i will play it. (i truely have nightmares about being chased by metroids)

ahhh yes, the old school Ridley, the red one... my fave, definitely over the purple one, lol
