Default Lets hear from the Peanut Gallery
Lets hear from all of you. What are some improvements you would like to see from TCVR? What are some things you wouldn't like to see? Remember you can take things from other forums that you love and things that you hate. Don't mention the name of these forums though as it could cause tension.

Here is a list I made up:

Things I would like to see:

Friendly environment
Content
Unity among members and staff
Equality and Fair handed dealings
Only enough restrictions to enforce whats necessary
Fun ideas for threads and even intellectual discussions

Things I would not want to see:

Mods with huge egos
Nazi style rules
Shitstorms with members going batshit crazy at each other or staff
Playing favorites
Drama
Not being able to speak your mind
Wolf Packs Flaming and picking on one member
Catering to "popular" members over others
Someone putting down others work and promoting their own as best
Unnecessary Banning Sprees
Judgment on like and dislike from members as well as staff
Ignoring members or newbs who really just want to participate

Thats what I can think of right now. But I want to hear from you guys.
