Why Are We Here?

Questions to ask ourselves whether it's a religious view or not.
Why is TCVR here? Why do we still stay open regardless of the trafficlessness?

Some people have some "hope" for this place, but they don't do anything for the place, which it's their choice, I'm not stating to do something, because if they wanted to, they would've done something. Hell, if I truly had passion in the flash program, I would've tried harder to learn. But I just don't, I want to make cartoons, movies, etc, but there is just no passion in these programs.

Some people are still posting comics and updates I say you have my greatest respect. Hell, almost everyone here has it already and for quite some time. I appreciate the concern in wanting people to post more, but people know that if they truly wanted a place to stay alive, they would have put forth an effort to post more, but they don't, it's a combination of whether they just come by and post here and there to "show their dedication" and disappear for periods of time, because it's not their job and also not their passion. If they were truly passionate in something, they would work for it, right? I do not want people just suddenly jumping up and saying they love a place when they aren't here 95% of the time, don't need to lie to try to comfort me or anyone else here, it shows you don't have the passion, I wouldn't blame you. Why have passion in a web site that's not your own, right? Or something that doesn't cover what you have passion for at the time being. After a year or so I've been learning new things like everyone else, but the fields are clearly different among the people. Mine just turned my head around in an awkward angle where I shouldn't be clinically alive.

I already saw the future in this place, I'm just surprised it lasted as long as it did, it took more of a route than anyone expected but the outcome was obvious years ago before I even bought the "official" site and forum. I wanted to take the chance, upon starting the freewebs site, I knew it wouldn't get much attention, I had the hope that it would become bigger, which it did by far, I never saw myself owning a VBulletin forum, probably THE most preferred forum engine in the world right now. I didn't have Adobe Illustrator, still don't, I don't have the programs to make things like the big guys do, I wanted a place like VGCats, CTRL+ALT+DEL, Press Start To Play (they're officially down instead of just inactive), etc. I tried to fight for the place well into the growth of the place, we clearly made mistakes and the right decisions in each event.

Great learning experience, for all of us, probably something we all need is more than any learning experience on the internet, one main thing I ask each of you if you want a real learning experience, put yourself outside that comfortable zone, I'm not saying a little out there, ENTIRELY out there, mine was boot camp and military, I learned a lot in who I am and what I want to strive for. I adapted a lot quicker than I expected I could, my friend however could not, HE'S STILL TRYING TO ADAPT TO THIS DAY! But you still learn in how you as a person are when you are outside this comfortable zone, just moving out of your parents' house is a small way to find out how you'll fair outside the comfort zone. But that's not entirely out, try moving out of the blasted state for good measure!


You must look out for yourself in this life, sure you can help others but you must always look out for yourself above all, this doesn't mean be ready to screw them over for your own benefits, that's not the point. Is your neighbor so willing to pass up a load of cash for you? How about you? Everyone says they will stand by one's side in times of crisis, everyone says they will never sell out or they will never do this/that. Like "If someone offered you a million dollars, would you strip naked and bend over?" sort of question, probably 99.99% of the people will say no, they will not, they have dignity and self-respect. They would NEVER stoop so low, you'd be surprised how fast that person would be naked, almost not even physically possible, hell they would be in that position and naked before you even finish the question.

You must live life for yourself, you may choose to live it selflessly and/or selfishly, your choice, hell it IS your life. What you choose to do is your will, go for it, just be willing to face consequences while at it. Yeah, I'm going to talk shit to this person, they won't kick the crap out of me, they just won't, and if they do they're wrong! Bull shit, you talk shit to someone you better be ready to feel that fist flying through your skull faster than Mythbusters can record it. If you believe you can just go about like that, then you definitely need to get your head examined. When you're in school, you're expected to live this way, when you move up in schools you are expected to live this way, sure, to an extent, just like when you get out of school, you are expected to live this way, to an extent, you must always use your own judgment to all kinds of situations.


Let me get back on point, lol, I will keep this place up and running like how it is now, if there's new material posted then there's new material, if traffic rises, it rises, if the place is dead, then I will make the decision in closing it down after a while. Regardless of the status on this place, I'm still going to start that new site (don't know what it's called yet), regardless of the status of this place, I'm going to work on those videos like I planned on regardless if it's with Smyrna like planned or not, I will keep you guys up to date on that.

It has been nice been here and I want this place to live but its true...I don't put too much effort on making this live.

Ok, can I transfer my comics to the new site, btw I'm almost done with the next issue. The reason I haven't been posting is that recently I have just got my computer back, I would like for this forum to stay but at this rate it will die. We need news. Good luck.
