Exactly my point. They talk about when taking a job picking the right person for the job, but really they are still bias. So this illusion that we're being "fair" and "equal" is a complete farce. Women can be fire fighters, soldiers, professional body-builders, and undertake many careers that were traditionally the role taken by men. So why can't a man be a nanny, a caregiver, a stay at home Dad, or even dare I say it a lamas coach. If women have the rights to every and all jobs, why can't men have those same rights? Shouldn't it be about being fair and picking the right person for the job?
