   |  Movie Soundtracks. Some movies have great soundtracks. Some soundtracks kill the movies. Some movies kill the soundtracks. Some soundtracks make the movie great. Let's discuss great movie soundtracks, horrible movie soundtracks, soundtracks that should've been, soundtracks that never should've been, etc. What songs/artists did you discover because of a movie?

I personally thought the soundtrack to Little Nicky was badass. Linkin Park, Deftones, P.O.D., Cypress Hill, Muse, etc. all great bands featured. 8 Mile's soundtrack was pretty damn good too; Lose Yourself was the definitive track of it's soundtrack. From what I've heard Juno and Hairspray have great soundtracks as well.

I still enjoy the soundtrack for the first Spider-Man movie ( as well as the score (the orchestral tracks by Danny Elfman)). The music from the first Batman film will always be a classic score. The soundtrack for Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is pretty good. The Beck track is fantastic. | |

I have the Juno soundtrack. It feels very indie and stuff. Not really my cup of tea, but it's alright. The Saw III soundtrack is pretty cool. Has some Slayer, Lamb Of God, Disturbed, Static X, Meshuggah and Drowning Pool. I also came to know Opiate For The Masses because of the soundtrack.

i don't rly go for movie soundtracks much except for musicals... :'D i'm personally addicted to Sweeney Todd's... but i really liked the music in Juno... i'll probably pick up the soundtrack eventually.
