Donkey Kong Country. I've said it numerous times and I'll say it again, Donkey Kong Country may have the best soundtrack I've ever heard. I'm so taken by it that I actually downloaded Kong In Concert, the OC ReMix of the soundtrack.

Chrono Cross had one of the best game soundtracks in video game history, I believe.
Also the Phantom Dust soundtrack was fairly interesting.

Smackdown vs RAW 2007 soundtrack sucked major.
They should stop putting license music in the SmackDown vs RAW games.
