I don't know whether or not 9-11 was a conspiracy theory or not. But if it is the case than not just one president said it but another did. If there is a conspiracy, it must go alot higher and farther than Obama and Bush. The ones who would likely know the best are probably the ones pulling the strings. Likely we won't ever know who those people are. But the ones hating Obama and Democrats will blame him and Clinton. The people hating Bush will blame him. I don't think this will ever come to a resolution to be honest.
